Job summary

Amazon Games Studios is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support our portfolio of development titles through FP&A, consolidated reporting, and partner-facing analytics. You will work with the Games Finance and GMAC teams to drive accuracy and accountability across planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.

You will lead budgeting, headcount forecasts, and reporting packages, partnering with senior leaders to deliver actionable insights and robust financial models that support

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decisions.
• 5+ years building and managing financial models for forecasting and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated reporting & leadership reviews: financial reports/packages, leadership review inputs and doc prep (MFR, guidance, etc.).
• Coordinate budget requests and approvals, including finding offsets and hedges.
• Own GMAC deliverables and relationships, including commentary for MEC, quarterly guidance, annual planning, balance sheet reporting.
• Forecast headcount, CPH, and corporate allocations; project work related to Cognos/TM1 and other reporting systems.
