Qualifications

• Experience building FP&A models (proficient in Excel).
• Ability to analyze complex financial information for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial forecasting and annual budgeting processes with operations and cost center managers.
• Analyze cost trends, spending patterns, and key operational drivers to identify risks and cost savings.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries following accounting policies and controls.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities including accruals and reconciliations.
• Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budget/forecast and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to improve cost performance and productivity.
