Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading budgeting and long-range planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analyses.
• Serve as the primary financial partner to business leaders across the organization.
• Ensure financial planning practices align with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
