Job summary

ADM is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to lead analytics for Corporate FP&A across Chicago, Decatur, IL or Erlanger, KY. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling to support strategic decisions.

The role requires Power BI, Essbase/Hyperion or Oracle experience, advanced Excel and strong communication. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; ADM offers a bonus and comprehensive rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience in FP&A and financial modeling preferred.
• Strong Excel/SQL/Power BI proficiency and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Assist in annual budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans.
• Develop and maintain financial models for multiple units.
• Create FP&A dashboards and provide KPI insights in Power BI.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and recommendations to improve performance.
