Job summary

ISG in Stamford, CT is seeking a FP&A Analyst with approximately 5 years of experience to support financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting. The role partners with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to provide insights that drive decision-making.

The position requires commuting to our Stamford headquarters four days a week, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required to qualify

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas).
• Experience with financial systems (NetSuite a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with executives and translate financial data into insights.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and KPIs.
• Assist with management decks and executive-level reporting.
• Maintain and improve financial models for revenue, expenses, and headcount.
• Partner with business leaders to understand drivers and assumptions.
• Ensure data accuracy across financial systems and spreadsheets.
