Job summary

LGC Group, a leading global manufacturer of Quality Management Tools and diagnostic reagents, is seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst in the United States to support revenue planning and reporting for the Diagnostics & Genomics commercial organization.

You will partner with finance to drive month-end close processes, variance analysis, and analytics across customers and product lines, delivering accurate forecasts and insights for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related analytic discipline.
Minimum of 2 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or sales analysis.
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
Effective written and verbal communication with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
ERP experience; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Produce timely weekly and monthly revenue reporting with detailed comparisons against forecast and budget, including revenue commentary and product-line analysis.
Perform recurring tactical reporting tasks such as weekly updates, forecast tracking, and monthly close support, including variance explanations and ad hoc analyses.
Collaborate with sales, commercial leadership, product management, and finance to deliver key insights and forecast updates.
Prepare revenue and cost of sales journal entries and reconciliations during monthly close; calculate commissions with Controlling teams for accuracy.
Support annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, coordinating updates with Adaptive Planning and data loads.
Maintain dashboards/reports using Tableau, Business Objects, and other tools and ensure data accuracy.
