Job summary

Elevate Infrastructure, a lean energy infrastructure company, is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Associate to support financial planning, budgeting, and liquidity forecasting as the company scales.

You will work directly with the Director of FP&A to maintain financial accuracy, improve processes, consolidate project budgets, analyze variances, and provide strategic insights for development and capex initiatives across our growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of FP&A, investment banking, project finance, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong Excel / financial modeling skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting process, including model updates and data consolidation.
• Maintain and support detailed project budgets across development and capex phases.
• Track actuals vs. budget and forecast, identifying variances.
