Direct ChassisLink, Inc. / DCLI is seeking a Performance Finance Senior Analyst to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting and variance analysis. You will analyze P&L drivers, support with BI tools, and work with ops and commercial leads to explain results.

The role emphasizes strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, experience in Corporate Finance/FP&A, and collaboration with executives. A drug screen may be required as part of pre-employment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or General Business.
• 1-2 years of finance experience, in Corporate Finance/FP&A/Accounting
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Cognos and Hyperion is a plus
• Detailed knowledge of financial statements and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfort working with executives
• Self-driven, motivated and mature
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports emphasizing up to date results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly P&L reports with variance explanations supported by results, and business leads
• Identify and report out on key drivers, problematic trends, opportunities identified through business operations analysis
• Perform analysis and reports in support of finance, sales and operations
• Utilize SQL and Business Intelligence system (Cognos) for various ongoing and ad-hoc reporting
• Perform business plan case review for financial viability as needed
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
