Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN, is seeking a Pricing & Programs Analytics professional. You will develop, support, analyze and execute pricing and program strategies for divisions of moderate complexity, partnering with the business to provide insights that drive sound decisions.

Daily work includes analysing program performance, building reports with BI tools, and supporting expense projections and fiscal close. A strong Excel/SAP/BI tool skillset is essential in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program performance, communicate findings, and provide recommendations.
• Increase reporting efficiency with BI tool sets and ensure dataset consistency.
• Support program expense projections, monthly reconciliations, and year-end close.
• Conduct financial analysis of marketing programs for accuracy and compliance.
• Review and process deviations per company policies.
• Maintain and support program setup in SAP.
• Develop pricing tools and policies; generate insightful reports.
• Collaborate with Product Management on pricing strategies and market segments.
