Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst II to join a growing DME organization in Dallas, TX. You will own forecasting, reporting, and expense management activities, partnering with leaders to drive insightful financial decisions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders. You will analyze large datasets, build financial models, and support month-end close, budgeting, and long-range planning.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or related analytical role.
  • Healthcare or DME industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support FP&A activities, including forecasting, reporting, and expense management.
  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to provide actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
