Job summary

Keller Executive Search is seeking a Financial Analyst to translate data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and modeling to support investment, cost, and operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or a comparable analytic finance role
• Advanced Excel modeling and strong financial statement understanding
• Clear written and verbal communication for stakeholder presentations
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance and trend analyses.
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop acquisition valuation and pro forma models from target financials for live M&A activities.
• Support due diligence, including quality of earnings analysis and integration cost modelling.
• Translate financial findings into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop budgets and monitor spend vs. plan.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities in collaboration with accounting.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to track business performance.
