Komatsu Mining Corp. seeks a Financial Analyst to support FP&A for the Soft Rock business, focusing on forecasting, reporting, and data integrity across ERP systems. You will consolidate forecasts, prepare management packs, and drive process improvements with regional finance partners.

The role emphasizes data analysis of bookings, sales, margins, inventory, and working capital, delivering timely insights for executive decision-making in a manufacturing-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence or related field.
• 2-5 years of FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or related analytical experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with financial modeling, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the Soft Rock business.
• Own and maintain the Soft Rock Global Machine Movement data and related reporting.
• Coordinate reconciliation of Soft Rock Global BBB data to ERP systems ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to improve forecast accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Advance automation, process optimization, and BI solutions for reporting.
