Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior FP&A professional in Spring, TX to lead Free Cash Flow forecasting and drive actionable insights across working capital components. You will partner with senior leaders to translate data into strategic recommendations and improve forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities include variance analysis, building automated dashboards, and mentoring teams on financial modeling and analytics. Strong Excel, Power BI, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background in FP&A, Cash Flow, Treasury, Working Capital, Corporate Finance, or related areas.
• Deep understanding of Free Cash Flow drivers and financial statements, including: Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, Income Statement.
• Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret large data sets and convert findings into business recommendations.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear business implications.
• Experience leading discussions with senior stakeholders and influencing actions without direct authority.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with Power BI, data visualization tools, automation, or AI-enabled analytics is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual Free Cash Flow forecasting processes.
• Analyze and explain variances to plan, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key cash flow drivers.
• Develop actionable insights around: Accounts Receivable (Collections), Accounts Payable (Payment Timing), Inventory, Customer Deposits, Capital Expenditures, Working Capital optimization.
• Partner with business and finance leaders to identify cash improvement opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Support executive reviews by preparing concise, data-driven cash flow narratives and recommendations.
• Drive forecast accuracy initiatives and continuously improve cash flow planning processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence business decisions impacting cash generation and working capital performance.
• Develop automated reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve visibility and decision making.
