Job summary

Codex is seeking a high-performing Financial Analyst to support core FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash management. The role aims to strengthen analytical capabilities and drive insight and efficiency across operations.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, ownership, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior energy industry or financial analysis experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four to eight years corporate finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning, budgeting and forecasting support.
• Support month-end close, KPI reporting.
• Prepare complex financial analysis and modeling with stakeholders.
• Manage treasury functions including cash management and forecasting.
• Lead process improvements and drive efficiencies.
• Deliver internal and external reporting and analytics.
• Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality.
• Adhere to safety policies.
