Job summary

Ralliant Corporation, a PacSci EMC company, seeks a Financial Analyst in Hollister, CA to partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. The role focuses on variance analysis, performance insights, and data-driven recommendations to move the business forward. Candidates should have 3–5 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel/financial modeling skills, and proficiency in SQL and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A or financial analyst experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• GAAP knowledge preferred; government accounting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating the operating company’s financial performance, plan, and targets to leadership.
• Investigate and analyze monthly variances to forecast, plan, prior period, and prior year as required.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for strategic and operational initiatives.
