Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a high-growth hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft 365 and BI tools.
• Strong ability to translate dense financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ROI models for new restaurant developments, major CapEx renovations, site viability, and strategic tech partnerships.
• Own the delivery and maintenance of daily sales flashes, labor trackers, and weekly scorecards; scale KPI tracking.
• Synthesize complex data into clean charts and narrative tables for Senior Leadership Team reviews and investor decks.
• Lead data collection and analysis for annual budgeting, pricing reviews, vendor comparisons, and margin scenarios.
• Track budget-versus-actual spend for active construction and development projects; ensure alignment with capital allocations.
