Hertha Metals is redefining steelmaking. We need an FP&A Analyst to own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as we scale. This role is not a back‑office reporting seat; you will be embedded in the business, digging into why a line item came in $5K under budget one month and over the next, and helping the business adapt based on your findings.
You will also carry significant compliance responsibilities, working closely with the VP of Finance to ensure compliance with government and regulatory requirements, manage contractual obligations, support investor‑facing reporting, and strengthen the financial and operational controls expected of a growing company. This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to understand how a factory runs, not just how the numbers look on a spreadsheet.
