Job summary

DRB Capital, LLC seeks a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business analysis. You will partner with Finance and business leaders to deliver reporting, financial models, variance analyses, and actionable insights.

The analyst contributes to decision-making while developing advanced FP&A and analytics skills. The role requires 1–3 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel, data analysis, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field.
• MBA or accounting certification preferred but not required.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities; attention to detail.
• Experience with large data sets and using AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Support budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Analyze trends, KPIs, and operational drivers.
• Prepare presentations for management.
• Assist with pricing and profitability analysis.
• Support Power BI dashboard and report improvements.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects.

This role partners with Finance and business leaders to deliver reporting, financial models, variance analyses, and actionable insights. The analyst contributes to decision-making while continuing to develop advanced FP&A, modeling, and business analytics skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Support budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Assist in developing and maintaining financial models used for forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Analyze trends, KPIs, and operational drivers.
• Prepare presentations for management.
• Assist with pricing and profitability analysis.
• Support Power BI dashboard and report improvements.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field required. MBA, accounting certification, or advanced degree preferred but not required.

Skills / Certifications

Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup and reference functions, and data analysis

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling abilities

Strong attention to detail; and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Experience working with large data sets or using AI tools is a plus but not required

Quick learning ability and self-motivation are highly valued

Professional Experience

1-3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, banking, accounting, business analytics, or a related analytical role.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and variance analysis, financial services experience is a plus but not required.

The pay range for this role is:

65,183 - 74,960 USD per year (Headquarters)
