Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board-eligible/c-certified for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active medical license in practicing state.

• Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and COPD.
• Diagnose and treat acute concerns during same-day visits.
