Job summary

Santa Cruz Naturopathic Medical Center in Santa Cruz, CA, is seeking a Naturopathic Doctor for a four-day, 32-hour schedule starting September 2026. You will inherit an active patient panel and operate with clinical autonomy within a collaborative team.

We offer support, mentorship from senior doctors, and a path to build a lasting practice in a growing downtown clinic. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• CA license or eligible to obtain before September 2026.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• IV therapy experience and BHRT familiarity are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide naturopathic family medicine with full clinical autonomy.
• Inherit an active patient panel and grow long-term practice.
• Collaborate with a team offering shared protocols and mentorship.
