Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years installing or repairing fountain soda machines or similar technical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
- Experience with refrigeration and water filtration systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Installation & setup of fountain soda machines at customer locations.
- Maintenance and repairs of carbonation, refrigeration, and dispensing systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining machine functions.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, or water flow issues.
- Maintain accurate service logs, inventory records, and customer feedback.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Travel to customer locations within the designated service area.
