Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated, a leading global manufacturer of electrical and utility solutions, is seeking a hands-on team member for our Leeds, AL production area. You will move and prepare materials, operate and monitor machines, and help set up lines to meet quality standards.

We value a background in manufacturing, the ability to read blueprints and safety rules, and a willingness to work, stand, and lift heavy items as part of a reliable team. Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy items.
• Willingness to work according to scheduled hours.
• Reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Operate and monitor machine(s).
• Set up machines for production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, safety rules and operating instructions.
• Perform basic inspection to ensure quality standards.
• Work from routings, instruction sheets, blueprints to manufacture product at required quality levels.
