Job summary

Charter Aarrowcast seeks a Production Shift Supervisor to lead foundry operations at our Shawano, WI facility. You’ll oversee a production team to safely meet quality, throughput, and delivery goals for gray and ductile iron castings.

You will coordinate staffing, monitor schedules, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement. The supervisor will coach and develop operators, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering.
