Francis Manufacturing Company in Ohio is seeking entry level foundry laborers for the first shift (6:30am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday). No experience is required as training is provided on the job.

Shake-out associates assist molders with creating sound sand molds, unearth castings after pouring and ensure the area is stocked with materials while maintaining safety. This position involves heavy lifting up to 70 lbs and offers starting pay of $23.00 per hour with increases every four weeks,

Qualifications

• Entry level foundry laborer position on first shift, 6:30am–3:30pm, Mon-Fri.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Heavy lifting up to 70 lbs; team oriented with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist molder to create sound sand molds and unearth castings.
• Support pour-off or mold positions after training.
• Maintain clean and safe foundry area; follow practices.
