Job summary

11th Hour Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer for the Yellow Springs, OH area to investigate quality issues, improve manufacturing processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves creating and modifying mold assemblies and drawings with AutoCAD and SolidWorks, maintaining BOMs and routes in the ERP, and performing basic statistical analysis. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (engineering education preferred) and some engineering experience,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical or engineering education preferred.
• Some engineering experience required.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred; foundry experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Experience creating or modifying technical drawings using SolidWorks; AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and manufacturing processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities
