CACI’s Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring a Senior Foundry solutions within Palantir’s Army Vantage. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy advanced solutions that leverage the power of Vantage’s data integration, analytics, and operational capabilities. You will also support and integrate other capabilities built within the Department of the War (DoW) network, such as ADVANA, ensuring interoperability and maximizing impact across platforms.

You will work as an integral part of an Agile Scrum team – a highly productive team of technical professionals who thrive on supporting the customer's mission and growth objectives through Agile software development. You will work in close collaboration with team members and other stakeholders within Agile methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Palantir Foundry, will have built and shipped a production Workshop application and will have modeled or extended an Ontology: object types, links, actions.
As an Agile Scrum team member, you will work with stakeholders to refine requirements, track your work on an agile board and ensure user needs are met within standards. You will report on progress of assigned work at developer team sessions.
Workshop application development: Complex, multi-page UIs with variables, events, object views, and Actions wired in.
Ontology fundamentals: Object types, link types, Action types, permissioning.
Pipeline development: Code Repositories or Pipeline Builder, incremental transforms, scheduling.
Data health and lineage: Expectations, checks, knowing how a pipeline is trustworthy.
Security and governance: Markings, restricted views, mandatory controls.
Reads, debugs and writes Python and PySpark.
Must be a U.S. Citizen, with an active secret DoD security clearance (ability to attain interim will be considered).
College degree (B.S., M.S.) in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
Minimum of 7 years related technical experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Workshop Application Development: Ability to build complex, multi‑page applications with variables, events, object views, and fully wired Actions.
Ontology Fundamentals: Strong understanding of object types, link types, Action types, and permissioning structures.
Pipeline Development: Proficiency with Code Repositories or Pipeline Builder, including incremental transforms and pipeline scheduling.
Data Health & Lineage: Familiarity with expectations, data checks, and techniques to ensure pipeline trustworthiness and visibility into lineage.
Security & Governance: Experience working with data markings, restricted views, and mandatory access controls.
Python & PySpark: Ability to read, debug, and write Python and PySpark for data engineering workflows.
Proficiency with Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Experience working with Palantir Vantage, ADVANA, or similar data analytics platforms is highly desirable.
Familiarity with data modeling, ontology design, and pipeline orchestration in Vantage and/or ADVANA.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
TypeScript Functions and custom React widgets for Workshop. Code beyond configuration. Great if they have it.
OSDK application development outside Workshop.
MCP. Palantir MCP and Ontology MCP.
Palantir certifications. Data Engineer or Application Developer track.
Experience with DoW (DoD) ADVANA.
Experience with Palantir MAVEN.
Experience developing in Army 365 (A365).
Azure Data/AI stack familiarity (Azure Databricks, Synapse, or Data Factory).
Experience developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform suite (Model-driven and Canvas App, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, Portal Management MDA, Power Apps Pipeline) in an Azure environment.
Experience developing with Databricks.
Experience with designing and implementing data models in Microsoft 365.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$103,800 - $218,100
