Job summary

LS Solutions in Oregon is seeking a Foundry Helper to support the production of complex metal castings for aerospace and industrial markets. The role covers mold preparation, pouring support, finishing, and safe material handling on the production floor.

You will conduct visual inspections to ensure quality, follow established procedures, and contribute to a safety-first culture while learning through hands-on training in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on aptitude for foundry and finishing tasks (including grinding).
• Strong attention to detail for visual quality checks.
• Ability to work safely with materials, tools and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mold preparation and setup for casting operations.
• Support pouring activities and related production tasks.
• Perform finishing operations, including grinding as required.
• Move, handle, and stage materials safely for production.
• Conduct visual inspection of castings to verify quality standards.
