You will work closely with the founding team, shaping the company's technical architecture and culture while owning problems end-to-end. Candidates should have 3+ years of software development experience, strong technical judgment, and full-stack fluency across various technologies. Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience, ideally with a small, high-growth company.
• Comfortable working across web frameworks, APIs, and databases in multiple programming languages.
• Able to make pragmatic, well-reasoned tradeoffs to drive projects forward.
• Takes initiative and cares about the systems built.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available systems for software deployment.
• Define Ryvn’s technical direction and architecture.
• Identify inefficiencies and design elegant solutions.
• Debug performance issues across distributed systems.
• Navigate engineering decisions thoughtfully.
