Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in production systems.
• Experience in backend or data engineering with frontend capabilities.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript in codebase.
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Build backend and data infrastructure for multimodal flight data.
• Integrate dynamics, telemetry, and cockpit audio into debrief/training systems.
• Own architecture decisions for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with pilots, instructors, and operators to translate feedback into engineering.
