Job summary

Lumicity in Los Angeles is seeking a Staff (Lvl 4+) or junior software engineer who thrives on hard problems and ownership to help reimagine our manufacturing stack. You will help design scalable systems and own critical components from day one.

You will develop an internal operating system coordinating production, design cycles, and live sensor data from robotics into a digital twin that runs around the clock.

Qualifications

• Production-grade full-stack experience using TS and Python/Go.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Background in CAD/DFM or 3D environments is a plus.

My client is a fast moving stealth startup looking to flip the script on composite manufacturing. The position is open to Staff (Lvl 4+) and junior candidates with high upward trajectory. We're not looking for slow movers - we want to see what you've built. The ideal candidate has tackled a hard problem, and takes ownership of whatever they've worked on.

Requirements:

• Production-grade Full Stack experience (Typescript, Python/GO)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Experience with manufacturing process (tooling, automated systems, assembly lines)
• Experience with 3D environments (CAD, computational geometry)
