Natural is building the hiring engine from scratch in San Francisco, sourcing and closing exceptional people across every function to assemble a team for the first bank designed for agents. As a Founding Recruiter, you will own sourcing, screening and closing top talent while shaping the early hiring playbook and process.

Own recruiting at Natural. You will build the hiring engine from scratch, source and close exceptional people across every function, and shape the team that is building the first bank designed for agents.
