What You’ll Do
  • Own end‑to‑end recruiting—source, engage, and close world‑class engineers, operators, and product leaders.
  • Partner closely with founders and executives to identify staffing needs and define hiring processes.
  • Design and refine our recruiting funnel, metrics, and candidate experience.
  • Represent FurtherAI’s vision and culture to prospective candidates and the broader talent market.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships within technical and entrepreneurial communities.
  • Help establish and document recruiting best practices, evaluation rubrics, and onboarding workflows as our first recruiting hire.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years full‑cycle recruiting experience at high‑growth startups or tech companies.
  • Experience hiring for technical (engineering, product) as well as operational roles.
  • You thrive in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments and are passionate about scaling early‑stage teams.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, represent company culture, and close top‑tier talent.
  • Bonus: Background working with founders or on a founding hiring team; B2B SaaS recruiting experience.
