Job summary

Nolla Health is seeking its first full-time product designer to partner with the product team. You will own the screens across patient apps, from briefs to high-fidelity UI, and build a rigorous component library for consistency as we launch new apps.

You will design AI-driven experiences with clear confidence signals and collaborate closely with engineers and QA to deliver weekly releases. In-person, New York City role with equity and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience on shipped consumer or health apps.
• A portfolio of complete, polished shipped work: real flows end to end, not just hero screens or concepts.
• Exceptional visual and interaction craft; you care about typography, spacing, motion, and the last 5% of polish.
• You’ve built or substantially maintained a component library.
• You take a brief or rough direction and come back with thorough, considered options.
• You prototype in Figma well enough to test before an engineer writes a line.
• You thrive on fast iteration and ship every week.

Responsibilities

• Design screens for patient apps across Nolla Skin, NollaMD, and specialty apps: brief to high-fidelity UI, prototype, handoff, QA.
• Own the design system: tokens, components, variants, docs, conventions for engineers.
• Design AI experiences with confidence/uncertainty and escalation to humans.
• Collaborate with engineering on conversational and multimodal surfaces.
• Maintain brand consistency across apps and store assets.
