Job summary

Solvea in San Francisco is hiring a Founding Principal to blend product strategy, go-to-market leadership and client engagements for AI-enabled decision simulations. You will own AI products with our engineers, shape client engagements from scope to execution, and drive new product initiatives with the founding team.

This high-intensity, in-person role operates 6 days a week, rewards top performance with market-competitive compensation and meaningful equity, and offers visa sponsorship support

Solvea is building simulations for high-stakes decisions. In our rapidly changing world, leaders are forced to act with imperfect information. In <1 year, we’ve 10x-ed revenue with customer demand outstripping our pace of deployment. We’ve built proprietary models that work across the lifecycle of strategic decisions that are live in deployment every day. Most importantly, we have won the trust of dozens of clients who continue to refer us organically to their peers even as we remain in stealth.

We are hiring the last few members of the founding team to help us shape the product and work with our rapidly expanding client base, as we prepare to scale. You’ll push, and be pushed by our incredibly talent dense team. Founding Principals are from leading consulting firms with experience working on the most complex decisions. Founding Members of Technical Staff have worked on problems at scale (Google, Microsoft, Uber) and on cutting-edge research (Kaggle top 100).

This role is a launchpad for future founders or Solvea leaders. High-intensity, in-person environment in San Francisco, 6 days a week, with top-of-market comp. We move fast and the bar is high - join us and make a difference.

About the Role

Responsibilities

The Founding Principal is a unique role combining the very best aspects of Product, Strategy and Go-to-Market

• Own products working with our Engineers - define, design and execute net-new AI products that shape the frontier of decision-making
• Drive engagements working with our Clients - own the relationship, scope out the decision, and pull it through to execution
• Shape Solvea working with our Founders - identify and define new product/GTM initiatives, push to get resource allocated and execute it end-to-end
