Job summary

Artemis is seeking a Founding Product Manager to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its AI-native cybersecurity platform. You will work with the co-founders and across engineering, design, security, and AI/ML to translate Artemis' technical capabilities into products that change how companies defend themselves.

We're looking for someone energized by ambiguity, deeply curious about the frontier of AI, and passionate about building products that balance technical depth with intuitive user

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience.
• Prior software or security engineering background preferred.
• At least 2 years in a SIEM, SOAR, or threat detection vendor.
• Passion for AI with hands-on prototyping or side projects.
• Fluency with core LLM concepts and systems and the ability to translate them into user-facing products.
• BA/BS in a technical field (CS/Engineering/Analytics).
• Strong customer empathy and design thinking for technical end users.
• Fluency with modern engineering & design tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Figma).
• Data-driven mindset with experimentation.
• Proven ability to lead small, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core areas of the Artemis platform.
• Drive high-velocity execution with engineers and designers.
• Marry customer insights with technical possibilities for CISOs, SOC analysts, and security engineers.
• Prototype using tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
• Write evals with engineering and research to meet customer needs.
• Bring AI research insights to Artemis' product.
• Contribute to evolving product practices as we scale.
