Job summary

Kids Kare Pediatrics is seeking a founding pediatrician to launch a de novo practice in Thompson Station, Tennessee. This ground-floor opportunity offers autonomy to shape care delivery, culture, and community partnerships from day one.

You will provide comprehensive pediatric care across ages, build lasting relationships with families, and help design workflows in a physician-led, patient-centered environment anchored in strong community ties.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Eligible for state medical licensure
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Interest in community engagement and practice-building

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents
