About Adialante

MRI is the most powerful imaging modality in medicine, yet it is inaccessible. As a result, we catch cancers too late; patients suffer; and we lose people too early. We will change that.

Our team is developing breakthrough MRI technology to make clinically effective imaging accessible - giving people everywhere the ability to screen for cancers, strokes, dementia, and other disorders long before symptoms force the issue. We're fortunate to be backed by Y Combinator, the National Science Foundation, and many other great investors. If you want to disrupt the landscape of healthcare, join our team.

About The Role
  • Pay: $2,300 per week + equity
  • Contract length: 6 months, with extension opportunities - per-shift arrangements also available
  • Schedule: Standard business hours (8am - 4:30pm)
  • Start date: October 1, 2026
  • Location: Minneapolis, MN - mobile unit deployed to partner clinic sites

This Isn't a Standard MRI Tech Job

For the next 6+ months, you'll operate a conventional mobile MRI system to run our live clinical pilot with a Minneapolis-area urology partner. At the same time, our engineering team will be building our next-generation, first-of-its-kind MRI platform.

You will have a direct, documented channel to our engineering and product team. Every workflow friction point, every awkward positioning moment, every "I wish this scanner just did X" - that feedback goes straight into how Adialante's system interface, protocols, and clinical workflow get built. Most techs spend a career adapting to whatever system they're handed. In this role, you'll directly influence product development and help shape how an actual MRI system is made.

What You'll Do
  • In your initial 6 months - conventional MRI, live pilot:
    • Perform multiparametric prostate MRI exams on a conventional 1.5T system
    • Operate the day-to-day mobile unit workflow
    • Voice frustrations, insights, and feedback on conventional MRI directly to an engineering team developing a new system in parallel
  • If your contract extends toward system launch, you will:
    • Be among the first technologists in the world to operate our system
    • Help finalize clinical protocols, safety workflows, and technologist-facing software before broader rollout
What We're Looking For
  • ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT required
  • BLS certification through AHA or ARC
  • 0-2 years of MRI experience; new graduates are welcome. Prostate or pelvic imaging experience is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working independently in a non-traditional, mobile clinical setting
  • Genuine curiosity about how imaging technology gets built
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bonus Points:
    • MRSO certification
Compensation
  • Weekly pay: $2,300
  • Contract length: 6 months, with extension opportunities - per-shift arrangements also available
  • Completion bonus: $1,000 + equity, paid at end of contract
Benefits
  • 401(k) matching
  • Malpractice and liability coverage provided
  • Comprehensive health coverage
  • Daily lunch provided
  • Monthly gym reimbursement
  • Schedule: Standard business hours (8am - 4:30pm)
Why This Role Is Different From Every Other MRI Tech Listing You're Looking At
  • You will help build and shape our company.
  • You shape a product, not just run one.
  • You'll get real equity, not just a paycheck.
