Job summary

LinkTech is seeking a Founding Mobile Engineer to take our React Native app from zero to one for iOS and Android. You’ll own architecture, performance, and the end-to-end mobile experience, working with founders, product, and design to launch and lay the groundwork for a growing mobile team.

You’ll ship polished, production-quality apps, solve performance and scalability challenges, and collaborate across the stack while shaping long-term engineering priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Shipped production mobile apps live in the App Store.
• Experience with React Native on iOS and Android.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile product from architecture through launch.
• Establish the mobile engineering foundation and standards.
• Build AI-powered, real-time experiences for millions of conversations.
• Integrate across social and commerce platforms via external APIs.
• Collaborate across mobile and backend boundaries.
• Shape product and technical priorities with founders and design.
• Help build and scale the mobile team.
