The ideal candidate will design and build end-to-end ML systems to enhance underwriting processes. This role requires over 4 years of relevant experience, particularly in model deployment, Python, and collaboration with domain experts. Qualifications
4+ years of industry experience in ML systems from data to production.
Experience finetuning LLMs using techniques like RLHF or DPO.
Deep proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks.
Experience with LLMs in production including prompt engineering.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with non-technical underwriters.
Responsibilities
Design and ship ML systems for autonomous underwriting.
Build feedback loops to improve model performance.
Develop confidence scoring frameworks for system autonomy.
Partner with underwriters to extract domain knowledge.
Ensure safety in AI underwriting as autonomy scales.
