Qualifications

• Strong commitment to supporting students from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
• 3+ years of experience in a school-based counseling or social-emotional support role.
• Experience supporting students with disabilities, particularly Autism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group counseling to address students' social-emotional needs.
• Coordinate services for students with disabilities and support IEPs and 504 Plans.
• Track and analyze student data to guide interventions.
