Job summary

KidStrong is opening a brand-new center in Bensalem, PA, and seeks Founding Coaches with energy and a love for teaching children aged 15 months to 11 years. You’ll run dynamic classes on the blue floor, engage parents in explaining the curriculum, and help kids achieve progress through our science-based program.

You’ll be part of a founding team, receive growth support from leadership, and have flexible scheduling with a focus on a fun, athletic environment for families in Bucks County.

Qualifications

• Energy and stage presence to engage kids and their parents.
• Previous coaching or teaching experience with children (ages 15 months–11 years).
• Strong communication with parents and empathy.
• Solid understanding of exercise technique and body mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic, high-energy classes for kids age 15 months to 11 years on the KS curriculum.
• Engage with parents, explaining the curriculum and child progress.
• Deliver the science-based programming with precision so every child feels like a champion.
• Use the KS Coaches App to track achievements and participate in ongoing training.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Be the Rockstar: Lead dynamic, high-energy classes for kids ages 15 months to 11 years. You are the "Cruise Director meets Coach."
• Educate & Empower: It’s not just about the kids; you’ll engage with parents, explaining the "why" behind our curriculum and helping them see their child's progress.
• Master the Curriculum: Deliver our science-based programming with precision, ensuring every child feels like a champion.
• Stay Sharp: Use the KS Coaches App to track achievements and participate in ongoing training to keep your coaching skills elite.
  
  

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We want to hear from people who have a background in Coaching, Personal Training, Physical Education, Athletic Training, or Pediatric OT/PT. Below are the qualifications.

• Energy is Everything: You have a "stage presence" and can keep a group of toddlers (and their parents) engaged and excited.
• Experience: Previous experience coaching or teaching children (ideally ages 15mo–8yrs).
• Communication: You can talk to parents with confidence and empathy.
• Technical Knowledge: Intermediate understanding of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• The "Get It Done" Attitude: You’re a self-starter who sees a need and jumps in without being asked.
• Certification: CPR certified (or willing to be by your start date).
