Synthetic is hiring its founding growth marketer to own top-of-funnel activities for a new B2B SaaS product. The role reports directly to the founder and marks our first dedicated marketing hire.

We’re launching soon and expect a strong, independent operator who can drive demand, build a scalable GTM approach, and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. On-site SF office, flexible hours, visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates.

About Synthetic

Building a software product has never been easier. But running the business side is still tedious as hell.

The software companies that we're selling to have intense accounting pain. They have a QuickBooks account, a Stripe account, and an unholy menagerie of spreadsheets and agent workflows holding it together.

Instead of trying to throw an AI agent at broken software to try to fix it, we rebuilt all the software from the ground up. We rebuilt contracts, accounting, billing, invoicing, and payments. About the Role

We'll be launching the product soon. So we're looking for a founding growth marketer to own our top of funnel activities and report directly to the founder. This is our first marketing hire. We have a B2B SaaS sales motion with exceptional economics and ACV is currently $5-50k.
