Job summary

FASTSIGNS of Coeur d’Alene is seeking a founding Graphic Designer and Production Artist to lead the maker journey from Illustrator artboards to physical signage. You’ll own the end-to-end workflow, from concept to print-ready files and final installation-ready outputs.

You’ll operate Epson/Mutoh equipment, manage a calm, organized production area, and collaborate with a family-owned team that values mentorship, growth, and hands-on excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of design/production experience.
• Proficient in Illustrator and file prep.
• Comfort with hands-on production and printers.
• Detail-oriented with pride in finish quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-end printers (Epson/Mutoh) and plotters.
• Weed vinyl and apply graphics to create finished signs.
• Prepare design files for production and print-ready output.
