Sustain Media is seeking a founding Google Ads Strategist for home services. This remote, full-time contractor role focuses on building a new Google Ads division powered by AI, with an emphasis on attribution that ties ad spend to calls, leads, and booked jobs.

You'll own a book of 20–25 client accounts, drive lead generation, and collaborate with our AI systems team to automate audits, tracking, and reporting while prioritizing strategic initiatives and client value.

Qualificações

• Proven results with lead generation for local home service businesses.
• Hands-on experience with Search, Performance Max, and Local Service Ads.
• Strong conversion tracking and attribution; verify leads in CRM.
• You can build accounts from zero and defend choices.

Responsabilidades

• Own roughly 20 to 25 accounts end to end with another PPC specialist.
• Build campaigns to drive calls, form fills, and booked jobs; measure ROI.
• Set up attribution across clients, connect ad spend to booked jobs.
• Collaborate with AI systems team to automate audits, tracking, and reporting.
