Job summary

Mantle is hiring a Founding Software Engineer to architect and build our consumer-facing platform from the ground up. You will own major parts of the technical infrastructure, work directly with founders on product direction, and scale AI-enabled experiences for millions of users.

You will craft onboarding, dashboards, payments, and real-time interfaces, while integrating AI agents and maintaining robust, scalable AWS-backed systems. Remote Fridays support in SF culture.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years building production full stack web applications with modern technologies.
• Strong proficiency in React and Node.js, with demonstrated ability to architect scalable systems.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, etc.).
• Track record of shipping consumer products end-to-end, from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build an AI-enabled consumer-facing platform from the ground up.
• Own significant parts of the technical infrastructure and product direction.
• Deliver web experiences and AI agent integrations that scale to millions of users.
• Develop core features across onboarding, dashboards, payments, notifications, and real-time UIs.
