Job summary

Takt is seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer to join our in-person team in San Francisco, 4–5 days a week. You will work directly with the founders to build the core intelligence engine powering modern factories and will influence product, infrastructure, and architecture decisions.

You should have 2–3 years of experience, be comfortable shipping production-grade code at scale, and have strong backend skills. Salary is 120–180K with 0.5–1% equity; relocation is open.
