Foguth Financial Group is opening its Mesa, Arizona office in January 2027 and is looking for three Financial Advisors to help launch the new location. As a founding advisor, you will build your practice on a proven platform, backed by leadership support, marketing infrastructure, and a steady flow of warm leads.

You’ll join an established brand in a growth market, with uncapped earning potential, structured onboarding, and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• FINRA registration with Series 65 or equivalent.
• Arizona Health & Life License (or ability to obtain).
• Clean compliance and regulatory record.
• 3+ years of financial services experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and grow your client base using warm leads and firm-sponsored marketing programs
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' financial goals and concerns
• Develop and present comprehensive retirement, income, investment, and wealth management strategies
• Monitor plans and proactively guide clients toward their objectives
• Partner closely with your support team to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Follow a proven and compliant planning process
