Job summary

Fragment is hiring its first Solutions Architect to own the technical backbone of how we connect to enterprise customers. You will lead architecture reviews, security questionnaires, integration design, and then deliver the integration yourself.

This role reports into the enterprise deployment pattern and directly impacts deal velocity and live customer deployments. You’ll work alongside the AE and Deployment Strategist in Fortune 500 contexts, bringing credibility to customer IT rooms and

Qualifications

Ten or more years delivering enterprise integrations in SAP environments.
Credible with enterprise IT on day one in Fortune 500 contexts.
Experience leading pre-sales technical discussions and architecture reviews.
Strong knowledge of SAP landscape components and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Technical Leadership: join active deals as the technical authority in the room.
Security & IT Reviews: drive infosec questionnaires, data residency and access-control discussions.
Hands-On Integration Delivery: build integrations between Fragment and customer SAP instances.
Integration Architecture & Playbooks: define reusable patterns, runbooks, and documentation.
Product Partnership: collaborate with engineering to expand the integration layer and adapt to customer landscapes.
