Job summary

Glen is seeking a founding engineer to own and build the core platform end to end in San Francisco. You will start from first principles to design the best possible user experience, then drive the product forward for everyone.

You will ship across the stack, measure impact, and iterate relentlessly to reduce latency and failure, owning retry‑tolerant workflows and high-volume reliability. You will work with TypeScript, Next.js, React, Tailwind, tRPC, Postgres and related tooling, contributing as

Qualifications

• Experience building full-stack products from zero to one.
• Ability to own customer impact from iteration to deployment.
• Comfort with high-volume systems and reliability concerns.
• Proven contribution to open-source projects or strong side projects.
• Experience in early-stage startups and rapid shipping.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience end to end and translate feedback into product signals.
• Design benchmarks to measure context improvements for users and agents.
• Build durable, scalable workflows that handle retries and failures.
