SecureVision is seeking a Founding Engineer to lead the technical delivery of their AI-assisted hiring platform. This role involves defining system architecture, addressing production issues, and owning backend processes using Python. The ideal candidate will have experience as a tech lead, robust skills in Python back-end development, and be able to navigate cloud environments like GCP. Qualifications

• Experience as tech lead / staff / principal or founding engineer on a product team.
• Strong Python backend skills and deep comfort with relational databases.
• Proven track record shipping and operating production systems.
• Hands-on GCP experience.
• Interest or experience in integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the system architecture (services, data model, integrations).
• Diagnose and fix production and integration issues.
• Ship and refactor core APIs and workflows in Python/FastAPI.
• Operate comfortably in GCP and improve operational hygiene.
• Apply sound defaults for security and compliance.
